Let's find your dream home

"Stefanie Conley was the realtor that we chose to sell our Franklin, NC home. From the second that she walked through our front door and greeted us with her beautiful smile we felt very comfortable sitting down with her. As the conversation went on it was very clear to us that Stefanie was the realtor that we would ask to represent us. Not only is she a great listener but since we had previously interviewed 2 other realtors, it was evident that Stefanie was the one who truly believed in our vision. She is not your standard realtor by any means. Stefanie accomplished everything that we needed and also helped us out of a major jam when the first 3 moving companies didn’t show up. This being our 8th home purchase we can guarantee you that Stefanie Conley should be your WNC Realtor of choice. We highly recommend Stefanie Conley for all of your real estate needs."

"We were fortunate to have Stefanie Conley sell our property. We had attempted to sell the property for years and had a couple of Buyers back out due to permitting issues. Stefanie never gave up. Her tenacity paid off and resulted in her finding a Buyer we were able to close with. We would certainly work with her again and encourage anyone interested in NC Real Estate to do the same."

"Stefanie went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect home. The process took over a year as we were re-locating back to WNC. She showed us many homes during that time, answered our MANY questions, and was with us every step of the way. The many things she did for us “behind the scenes” did not go unnoticed and we would not have made it to the closing table without her. We highly recommend Stef and appreciate everything she has done for our family."

"A year ago today we closed on our first house with guidance of Stefanie. She guided us through what was a foreign land. Always patient with our dumb questions and reassuring during our panic. A year later, we are still in touch. She is my “go to” when looking for advice on anything home related. She was a real partner in the process for us and continues to be a friend!

"I cannot express my appreciation for Stefanie and all the effort she put into helping us sell our home. She was amazing from listing to the closing table. Stefanie went above and beyond to get our house sold ! She marketed our house so well- it went viral on a popular site called “for the love of old houses”. Using Stefani to list our home was the best decision we ever made!! Call her for your real estate needs!!"

"I highly recommend Stefanie! She had our property under contract in a matter of weeks! I actually felt like this sale was as important to her as it was to us! She pulled out all the stops including drone footage and postcards. Her hard worked paid off! I appreciated that she communicated with us regularly and wasn’t afraid to be honest with us. And in the future, if I ever need an agent she will be the first person I call! Thank you Stefanie!!"

"Fantastic realtor! Stefanie really went the extra mile to make sure our home sell went through. We were out of state owners so she was our boots on the ground. I would recommend Stefanie to anyone buying, selling, or investing in real estate in Western North Carolina!"

"We cannot say enough about Stefanie’s role in the sale of our home! She was always available for questions or concerns, had amazing feedback and ideas, and we felt so supported throughout the entire process. Hopefully we will be in our new home for a years to come, but next time we buy or sell, Stefanie will be the one we reach out to."

"My mom and I worked with Stefanie for quite a few months from Texas trying to find the perfect retirement home for her and my dad. Stefanie helped us set up 2 in-person search days - seeing up to 7 homes in 1 day, from 8am to 5pm. When we couldn’t come in person, she was happy to drive an hour or 2 to provide video walk throughs of homes we were interested in. She is very knowledgeable of different areas in Western NC, and also in the homes (construction, things to look out for, warning of bad roads, noting water damage, etc). She has a trusted network that came in handy too (we loved our home inspector). She was extremely patient with us through various offers and withdrawals - and she’s very good at negotiating a fair offer. I think what really meant the most though, was after the deal was done, she was (and still is) more than willing to help with moving, settling in, finding handymen, the list goes on. We would definitely recommend working with Stefanie!"

"It is difficult to express with a brief message how awesome Stefanie is. I really put her through a grinder to find the right house for us in Murphy. She was my eyes in the area since I lived in Texas. I sent her all over WNC and I was turning down house after house. She had to put up with me for four months and never lost her patience and still was attentive to my needs and was throughly helpful. If you need to buy a home in the area that Stefanie covers, then she is the gal for you. Professional to the core and knowledgeable of her business."

"Stefanie is the best realtor we’ve come across in NC. She is thorough, she is attentive, she’s fun and she’s creative. she remembers the things that matter to you when the search goes on and you start to question if the right place is out there. But miracles happen and she finds the dream and she gets it done. She’s one of a kind and I Would recommend her only to my favorite people bc she deserves awesome clients. The ones Who appreciate the miles, hours of brain power, connections, and ability to thwart a “come apart “ in the midst of endless listings, negotiations, inspections, contracts, financing and all the things that snow ball as you go under contract. I’m lucky to have met her happenstance in October after looking at properties for over a year. 6 weeks later we get a call about the perfect place. So we drop everything, make the trip, get the house and closed 2 weeks after due diligence. And Stefanie worked day and night to help me get everything and everyone lined up and on the same page. Thank you for all you do. All you’ve done and then some!"
