"My mom and I worked with Stefanie for quite a few months from Texas trying to find the perfect retirement home for her and my dad. Stefanie helped us set up 2 in-person search days - seeing up to 7 homes in 1 day, from 8am to 5pm. When we couldn’t come in person, she was happy to drive an hour or 2 to provide video walk throughs of homes we were interested in. She is very knowledgeable of different areas in Western NC, and also in the homes (construction, things to look out for, warning of bad roads, noting water damage, etc).
